1. Our 7-day promise

If you’re not satisfied with your Brand Identity Strategy for any reason, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll issue a full refund of your one-time $25 purchase.

2. How to request a refund

Email hello@sparkmyname.com from the email address you used at checkout, and mention that you’d like a refund. That’s it — you don’t need to explain why.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes a few business days for the refund to appear.

4. After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded package may be removed from your account. You agree not to continue using the names or materials from a package you’ve been refunded for.
