What is SparkMyName?
SparkMyName is a business brand studio. From one sentence about your idea, it creates six different brands — each with a brandable name, a live domain check, a preliminary trademark screen, a premium logo, colors and fonts, brand voice, taglines and launch copy, and a brand photo. How long does it take?
Your six brands are ready in a few minutes — there’s no waiting days for a designer. Logos, colors, copy and photos are all generated and delivered to your Studio in the same session.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The AI business name generator and the free name check are both free — you can explore names and check a domain before buying anything. The full kit is what unlocks logos, colors, copy and photos.
Names & domains
Are the names available to use?
Every name comes with a live domain check at the moment your brand is made, and a preliminary trademark screen so you can see obvious conflicts early. Availability can change, so the honest answer is: check again and register before you rely on a name. Run a free name + domain check →
Do you register the domain for me?
No — and that’s deliberate. We show you which domains are open so you can register the one you want yourself, at any registrar, in your own name. That keeps you in full control of your domain.
What is a “preliminary trademark screen”?
It’s a first-look search across U.S. and international registers to surface obvious conflicts before you fall in love with a name. It is not legal clearance and not a substitute for a trademark attorney — filing is a separate step you take with a lawyer. We’d rather tell you that plainly than let you assume you’re protected.
Can I use the name commercially, and do I own it?
Yes. The names, logos and brand materials in your kit are yours to use to launch and run your business. As with any new name, you should verify the domain and trademark status before you build on it — the screen we provide is the starting point, not the finish line.

What logo files do I get?
Every name comes with a premium logo, and the name you choose gets the full identity — horizontal logo, wordmark, mark, favicon and social avatar — in PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF, with a usage sheet — the formats you need for a website, print and social. See everything in the kit →
What’s included besides the logo?

Can I edit or make more graphics later?
Yes. Your Art Department lets you make flyers, social posts, signs and ads in your brand any time — just say what you need and download it.
Art & video
What is the Art Department?
It’s your on-demand design studio inside SparkMyName. Ask for “a flyer for our weekend sale” or “a front-door sign” and it’s made in your brand, ready to download — no design skills needed. See the Art Department →
How much do videos cost?
Your first 15-second video is free with every order — one per purchase, however many names you have. After that, videos use your credits at 1 credit a second — 15 credits for 15 seconds, 30 for 30, 60 for 60 — ordered per film inside your Studio. If a film can’t be made, its credits come back automatically.
Can I use the videos and art in paid ads?
Yes — the art and short videos you make are yours to use across your website, social and paid digital advertising. Broadcast or TV use needs a separate written license; the full scope is in our Terms.
Pricing & refunds
How much does SparkMyName cost?
The regular price of the complete brand kit is a one-time $49 — six brands, all files, yours to keep. Founding price: the first 100 customers pay $39 one time and save $10. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. One 15-second video is included; more use your credits, 1 credit a second. See full pricing →
Is there a subscription or any recurring fee?
No. SparkMyName is a single one-time payment. You pay once, you keep everything, and you can come back to your Studio without paying again.
What payment methods do you accept?
Any major debit or credit card, processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll issue a full refund of your one-time payment. If a video can’t be made, its credits come back automatically. Read the full refund policy →
Your Studio & ownership
What is my Studio?
Your Studio is a private workspace where your brand lives online. Download a single file or the whole kit as a ZIP, make new art any time, and pick up where you left off. Log into your Studio →
Can I download everything?
Yes — every logo, photo, color and piece of copy is downloadable, individually or as one ZIP. It’s your brand; take it anywhere.
Do I keep my brand forever?
Yes. One payment and your brand is yours to keep. There’s nothing to renew and no subscription that expires your access.
Is this the right SparkMyName?
Is SparkMyName a domain marketplace?
No. We don’t buy or resell domains. SparkMyName creates a complete brand — name, logo and all — and shows you which domains are open so you can register them yourself. (You may be thinking of a domain marketplace with a similar name.)
Are you related to SparkNotes, Adobe Spark, or Spark & Spark?
No. SparkMyName is not affiliated with SparkNotes (study guides), Adobe Spark / Adobe Express (a design app), or Spark & Spark (personalized gifts). We’re a business brand studio that creates names, logos and complete brands for new companies.
Is this just another name generator?
