No. You pay once. Your files are yours to download and keep.
How long does it take?

Is the trademark check legal advice?
No. It is a preliminary screen of live trademarks in the U.S. and other countries, a first look only. It is not legal clearance. Talk to a trademark attorney before you file or invest heavily in a name.
What is the refund policy?
SparkMyName has a 7-day refund policy: ask within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@sparkmyname.com and Spark refunds the one-time purchase in full. Credit packs can be refunded within 7 days if none of the pack’s credits were used.

Are the images made with AI?
Yes. Names, logos, photos and designs are made with AI and labeled as AI-made, including in each image’s Content Credentials.
